This classic rich and creamy sauce is made with tomatoes, cream, onions, ginger, almond butter and aromatic spices.

At Chie Sonia we toast and grind our spices and cook them in olive oil and coconut milk which gives the dish its sweetness.

We braise mycoprotein in olive oil and add sweet onions and garlic then simmer all in the sweet sauce.

We serve this dish over brown basmati rice.
